Restore PT is the Fascial Counterstain and Myofascial Release Practice of Derek S. Metzler, MPT and Dustin Toth, PTA, LMT located in Richmond, VA. Fascial Counterstrain is a gentle, hands-on, approach that is highly effective in locating and eliminating tensions in the body that cause strain, inflammation, and pain. As the body releases this protective tightness and rigidity, blood flow and inflammation improve allowing for healing and restoration of function.
